We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team and meet the demands of our clients growing business. The client’s office location is in Carrollton, Texas. This position is entry level and provides assistance to Service Professionals and other office personnel, order parts and follow up on jobs that are approved in the field, follow-up on Service Marketing leads. The person in this role must be able to work in a “fast-paced” environment, have attention to detail as a high priority and be able to multi-task.
Hours of Operation:
M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- General computer skills, Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as: Outlook; Excel; and Word
